Q: Do You
Guarantee Your Product 100%
A: We follow a simple traditional rule. If for any
reason it is our fault, we will gladly replace your
item. If it is an error by you, then we try our best to
help you out.
Q: If we send
our file, does it go into production or does some-one
check it?
A: We always take a glance at the file to ensure
that it is setup correctly. If it isn't we will ask you
to correct it. If it is something we can fix, we will
ask you.
Q: How Long Does
it Take to Print the Product
A: Technically all orders are printed everyday, but
we like to say 5-7 working days. Items that need special
handling like foil stamping, numbering, perforating, may
take a little longer. We consider working days as Monday
- Friday.
Q: Is the order
form secure?
A: Absolutely. Just make sure that you see the
browser say https//. If you are still not
comfortable, just ask us.
Q: Do you offer
design services?
A: Yes, we love designing and this service is also
done in-house. So you have a lot of control. Many of our
products also offer FREE design services. If you need
our creativity, we offer it at a rate of $50 per hour.
Q: We are a
corporate company and like to ship to multiple
locations, can you do this?
A: Yes, we can. Just tell us the addresses.
