| Dealing in used clothes have always been
a single most rewarding product with Miranza. Over the years
we have compiled various accredited plants across the US to
conform with our facilities and to work seamlessly to ensure
that the end user get the right product. Our products are
sourced-in from various parts of the US and from different
collection facilities. The rewarding aspects of this
business is that the industry in recycling 1000's of lbs. of
products each day and that keeps it away from land fills.
These products are then important from buyers in Africa
where their local economies allow them to revamp these great
products and then sold within their own markets.
So how does the products get sorted and
graded?
We follow some important principles:
- No holes or stains
- No tears
- Wearable's
- No white products
- All products sold must be bought as a
proper assortment
The balance of the bi-products or what we
call rejects, are cut-up and sold as rags to local
janitorial facilities. This allows virtually all products to
go to the right places.
How does the grading work?
Premium -These are products that
are vintage or premium (virtually new), these are sold
separately.
A very small portion is represented.
Grade 'A' - This is what we maintain to send to
destination. Good wearable products.
Grade 'B' and Grade 'C' - We do not sell this at
Miranza. Sub-plants can sell this under their own name.
We don't find it appropriate to sell these products. Yes,
there is a big market, but one that is
very complex.
Why do many buy from Miranza?
CSR - Customer Support: We try to
keep every transparent, even it result or risks in loosing
clients. We find that it brings client back. If we
find something wrong during the grading process, the client
is notified.
Marketing Support: With every
shipment, client are able to get complimentary marketing
package that include business cards, flyers, brochures and
other materials. If client doesn't want our generic ones,
well provide us with the artwork and it will be done.
Another way to help recycle the products and help the honest
sellers.
Tracking Information: This is a
unique system that initiates upon a sales. Enables client to
know what is occurring with the shipment. Any changes, it
will note it. Any problems, it will show it. Since we don't
deal with the shipper, with clients permission customs and
shipper can send us information that can be posted. This is
a great tool, since it keeps everything at your finger tips.

Can Anyone Order from Miranza: We
would like that, but customer service is important,
therefore we do have a quota on how many clients we can
handle. We are trying very hard in finding more resources to
represent all new clients.
